specialized in VXML contact centers solutions, states its ambitions : « With our new

clearly put on the sales development, with Jehan Coquebert de Neuville as the new VP

development, the company has enlarged and increased its assets by associating top
managers and capital risk fund.

To succeed in its strategy, App-line has closed its fundraising in two steps :
firstly among its top managers, then reinforced by Garibaldi Participations, a
French investment fund from the Natixis Group. Garibaldi Participations bets on the
technological value of App-line and on its products, in a very growing market, and
on the dynamism brought by the new sales team.

Jehan Coquebert de Neuville joins the Board of the company and becomes the
Vice-President Strategic Business of App-line. During a 25 years career, he was at
the head of high-tech first-rank companies : Computervision, ITT Datasystems, NCR.
Since 1996, he was the VP South Europe of 3COM, then the President of Completel. He
is also teacher at HEC. More particularly, his knowledge of constructors, ISVs,
integrators, telcos, will allow App-line to take part into strategical partnerships.

About his new challenge, Jehan Coquebert de Neuville said : « I am very enthusiastic

Philippe Claveau is nominated as Managing Director of App-line.

Since October, the management and the sales team are based in the new office of
App-line in Courbevoie. The company aims also at developing its technical and
marketing teams in Sophia Antipolis.
